Fall Crochet Along!
Join us for this fun CAL this fall! We are using a free pattern from West Yorkshire Spinners called Springtime Blanket. I know...Springtime Blanket in the fall, but really...would you join a blanket CAL in Florida in the summer??? Working using the tapestry crochet technique you will complete individual sections of the blanket and then join them together. With some planning, this method would actually allow you to make a smaller or larger blanket as you choose. As written, the finished size is approximately 27in x 30 in. There will be help sessions each week on Monday, if needed. We will have our group time on Thursdays. You can join in person or join via Zoom. There will be a 15% discount on the required 15 balls of Elements Yarn if purchased prior to the beginning of the CAL. We will have drawings and prizes along the way. It will be a fun way to share some time together. There is a knit version, so invite your knitting mates to join us too!!

With some planning, this method would actually allow you to make a smaller or larger blanket as you choose. As written, the finished size is approximately 27in x 30 in. There will be help sessions each week on Monday, if needed. We will have our group time on Thursdays. You can join in person or join via Zoom. November Knit Along - Cabled Headband
Join us Thursday evenings in November for a Knit Along! We will be knitting the Cabled Headband with Saxon Braid by designer Lena Mathisson. This is an excellent small project to practice different types of cables. If you know how to knit cables, we can help you do this project! The thickness of your yarn will determine the width of the headband. The picture was made with heavy worsted weight Cascade Eco Duo. Pick 75-150 yds of your favorite yarn and make this great winter accessory with us. Participants must purchase their own copy of the pattern.
