Knit Rustic Chic Linen Sweater

Knit this easy summer linen sweater that is a great first time garment pattern. Its a cropped pullover knit from the bottom up with a boxy and breezy silhouette. You can make a longer version with a bit more yarn, and it looks great over your strappy top or dress.
We are knitting on larger needles for loose and breezy knit. We will discuss best practices for working at this gauge, fixing mistakes, and working with linen yarns or blends and typical garment construction.
Pattern is designed by Ester Tg, available on Etsy for $7.15.
Suggested yarn is a DK weight knit on size U.S. 13 needles (9 mm). Any linen blend, or cotton blend in this weight will work for this pattern.
Please see pattern sizing for the amount of yarn needed. Approx 300 to 450 yds.
Extra yarn required for a longer top. Others have knit this garment holding 2 thinner yarns together (ie, a lace silk with a sport weight linen blend)
