Butterfly/Papillon Shawl

This is a short row shawl using German short rows and make 1's left and right. Must Know how to do german short rows. You will be doing a lot of counting. The first class is 3 hours to get off to a good start, so be prepared.
Purchase pattern on Ravelry. Needles US 6. Lots of markers different colors. Light bulb style markers or small round markers work best.

| Requirements: | Purchase pattern from Ravelry in house for $15.00 Butterfly/Papillon by MarinJaKnits Needles US 4 starting with a 24" cable and moving to larger cable as stitch count increases. Please have lots of markers of different colors. Light bulb markers or small round ones work best. 2 skeins of Main Color (this must be a yarn with a long color run) ie UNEEK yarns and 1 Skein of Contrast Color or choose a kit. Sock/fingering Make sure all yarn is wound and to be ready for class on time |
