Meander Top
Meander Top gets its name from the meandering cable and lace that makes this sideways knit garment so unique! Be sure to see the sample in the shop. A great Florida type short sleeve garment with so many options for fit and length. It will be your "go to" for all occasions!
This pattern includes a choice of chest circumference, amount of ease and finished length whether you prefer a regular fit with longer length or oversized fit with shorter length. This garment is knit in only 2 pieces and seamed.
Please purchase your pattern on Ravelry $10.00, Meander by Dan Doh, Yumiko Alexander. Knit a gauge swatch to determine needle size for the fabric you like. Pattern calls for a US size 6 needle with a 24 to 32 inch cable.
Please bring stitch markers, cable needle, and darning needle to class.
Yarn recommendations: Linen/cotton blend works well; the green sample in shop is knit with Elements yarn from North Yorkshire Spinners. See Gloria for suggestions of other wonderful yarns in the shop that will work well for this garment.
