Hipster Top
This tee is a perfect project for anyone looking to add a fun, easy to knit, yet sophisticated piece to their wardrobe. This would be a perfect first tio to make.
Recommended ease: 2 - 4 " of positive ease.
This top is worked from the shoulders down. The knitting begins with the crossed stitch pattern, and then continues downwards towards the back and the fronts. All pieces are then joined at the underarm.
This tee has ZERO finishing required, so when you bind off at the bottom, you are done with your top! Only requires light blocking.
You will use 2 colors of fingering yarn. They can be solid or variegated just find two colors that you like together. Yardage depends on size.
most likely 2 skeins of each color.
Needles US 2.5 (3 mm) and US 3 (3.25 mm) 32" cable MAKE sure you check the mm. and do your swatch for gauge.
other notions: Stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle.
