Beginning Crochet with BarbaraP
This beginning crochet class will teach you how to crochet while making an infinity scarf with repeating sections of all the stitches you need to know. Get lots of tips and tricks for keeping your edges straight, making consistent stitches, and reading patterns and charts.
We will learn to make a starting chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet. You will also learn to measure your work, use stitch markers, and how to seam a project together.

| Requirements: | You will need appox. 400-440 yards of a worsted weight yarn. Please avoid very dark or fuzzy yarns for your first project. Size H crochet hook, and stitch markers. You may also want to bring a measuring tape, tapestry/darning needle, and pen or pencil for notes. |
