Rigid Heddle Loom - Clasp Weft Weaving

The class consists of warping a rigid heddle loom with three different yarns and then beginning to weave a scarf using the clasp weft technique. The class pattern is "Ocean Sunrise Scarf" by Gala McCurdy, found in Little Looms magazine, Fall 2024.
Approximately 500 yards of yarn will be needed. Yarns for the project are Malabrigo Rios, colors Sunset and Bobby Blue, approx 200 yds each and Berroco Millefiori, approx 80 yds.
The weaving project is not expected to be completed in the class time. If you don't have your own loom, please contact the shop for information on renting a loom to take home after class to complete the scarf.
Contact Jeanie at 321-266-1610 with any questions or to discuss an alternate choice of yarns than those recommended.
