Go Team Go! Fair Isle Hat or Earband or Cowl
Knit some team spirit! Support your favorite team with this fun to knit hat, headband or cowl while learning great Fair Isle color work knitting techniques! Charted alphabet is included in the pattern to customize and use any name or words on your hat or cowl. Optional pom pom can be added to hat. Hat pattern also includes instructions for an ear warmer/head band. Cowl is a separate pattern. Great projects for perfecting your color work knitting skills.

| Requirements: | Pattern on Ravelry: Go Team Go by Jill Zielinski, $8.00 for the hat or headband. Pattern on Ravelry: Sis Boom Bah by Jill Zielinski, $8.00 for the cowl. Yarn - Recommended fingering/sport, should be 2 or 3 high contrast colors. Approx. 300 yds. for the hat. Cowl can be 300-1200 depending on desired length. See Ravelry page for further details. Needles: Size US 3 for ribbing, size US 5 for body of hat in 16" circular needles. Also, size US 5 in double pointed needles for shaping the crown of the hat. Stitch markers are a must. We will provide graph paper and colored pencils to chart your own word pattern. Pattern includes the full alphabet. |
