Beginning Crochet -April

Learn all the basics of crochet with great tips and tricks for a great looking finish, while making a pair of fingerless gloves, a double thick potholder, or a scarf.  No prior experience required. Will will cover single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches, adding borders, and reading patterns and charts.

Recommend at least 200 yards for the fingerless gloves, or 400 yards for a scarf of a worsted weight yarn.  No fuzzy yarns or very dark colors.  Crochet hook size H or I.  Stitch markers are required.

Requirements: Fiber: Can be any fiber, wool, super wash, acrylic or blend (not cotton for beginners). No black or dark colors. No fuzzy yarns. Worsted weight 200-300 yards. Hook: Size letter H or I in US sizes. Additional items: Stitch markers are required.
