Easy Peasy First Knitted Sock - January
These socks are designed with the first time sock knitter in mind. The pattern makes a women's average size sock from the top down in a traditional sock construction. These are worsted weight socks, which means that they'll be warm, and work up quickly. They may not be the socks that you want to wear every day, but you'll be a less discouraged sock knitter if you learn the basics on a project that you'll finish quickly.
We will learn a knitted cast on, join and knit in the round on 2 circular needles or double pointed needles. Get loads of tips and tricks for picking up stitches and no holes at the heel gusset. The toe is finished with kitchner stitch.
