Apsara Shawl



Stunning two color crescent shaped shawl that is an intermediate level knit with a very feminine lace border. Great practice for wrap and turn short rows with an easy lace border that is both written and charted. This is considered and intermediate level knit.

Fiber: Any fingering/sock weight that blocks well, approx 420 yds for each of 2 colors.

Needles size 5 US circular at least a 36" cable.  Crochet hook size C or D for the bind off.

Wire pin type stitch markers are great for lace and short row knitting. The longer cable is great for seeing your stitches.
 
Beads can be added to bottom lace if desired.

Skill Details: Must know basic knitting, recognize stitches, some previous experience with lace is helpful.
